An active performer, composer and teacher, Kathleen has entertained governors, politicians and dignitaries from Louisiana to Washington D.C. A band leader and former French Quarter club owner, she has been able to promote all forms of jazz to people from around the world.

Kathleen Brackman (a.k.a. Sweet Kathleen) holds a Bachelor of Music degree as well as extensive graduate studies in jazz, music theory and composition. Her students have become highly sought-after professionals as well as Presidential award recipients.

Sweet Kathleen is the perfect accent for your next event. Her studies of early jazz and the vocalists of that era have made her quite capable of maintaining the authenticity of traditional jazz and Louisiana piano sounds.
